After graduating from college and serving in the Peace Corps, he moved to Colorado and began building his career in residential remodeling.

Since then, Bobby has been committed to delivering a high-quality, client-focused experience on every project. He continues to grow Spruce Building Company with an emphasis on craftsmanship, clear communication, and reliable service.

Kelly is Bobby’s better half and helps the team when things get busy. She’s worked with start ups her entire life - she’s no stranger to wearing many hats and providing excellent strategic vision. Kelly ran track for Arizona State University where she also worked as a TA for Anatomy.

Conrad has two high energy teenage boys who he loves immensely. Conrad is a phenomenal sailer. Before moving to Colorado he had a sailboat with his family called “The Tortuga” that they consistently won competitive races with.

Katie has years of experience working in marketing and media. She has been all over the world and has incredible pictures to prove it. In addition to managing Spruce's marketing, she also photographed Bobby and Kelly’s wedding celebration.

 Francisco (Kiko) and Macklen have a phenomenal gift for making wall extremely smooth. They have been Spruce’s exclusive drywall contractors for three years now, during which time they have installed thousands of sheets of drywall, smooth-coated entire homes, and removed their fair share of popcorn ceilings. They grew up together and have been best friends ever since. 

Andres was our first full time carpenter and has a very good eye for fine details. He grew up working for his dad’s company that repaired truck transmissions. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter who just started kindergarten.

Pedro is the newest member of our team and we’re lucky to have him! He’s a family man who likes to spend time with his wife, two daughters, and new baby boy. He’s jovial, friendly, and always has on a big smile.
